Workshop Registration Form

Please note: Camp dates will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and group size is limited to 4-5 participants per session. You will be contacted as soon as at least 4 participants are pre-registered for the dates you have chosen above, at which time a non-refundable registration fee will be collected from each participant. If fewer than 4 pre-registrations are received for a given date, the camp will be rescheduled.
