SalivaBio’s Saliva Collection Aid (Standard Format)
Easily collect a passive drool sample using the Saliva Collection Aid (SCA) and standard, externally threaded cryovials. Fits most 2 mL cryovials. For applications where more than 1.8 mL is desired, the SalivaBio Collection Aid can be paired with externally threaded cryogenic tubes from Wheaton, Nunc and Greiner Bio One. Alternate variations are also available for most specialty tube brands. Contact us with the brand and part number of your cryovials and we’ll match it to the right Saliva Collection Aid for your application.

SalivaBio Oral Swab
The SalivaBio Oral Swab (SOS) is an individually wrapped 10×30 mm synthetic swab designed for adults and children above the age of 6, to be placed under the tongue and deliver volumes of saliva up to 2 mL. The swab can then be stored in a container of your choice or via the Swab Storage Tube for easy storage, transport, and saliva extraction (if required). Also available in 8×15 mm and 8×30 mm sizes for reduced volume collection, preferred in most antigen point of care tests.
SalivaBio Children’s Swab
The SalivaBio Children’s Swab (SCS) is a longer, 8×120 mm synthetic swab designed for saliva collection for all-ages. The length allows it to be easily utilized with children to prevent choking. The SCS also delivers volumes of saliva up to 2 mL. The swab can then be stored in a container of your choice or via the Swab Storage Tube for easy storage, transport, and saliva extraction (if required).

SARS-CoV-2 IgG Antibody Assay, 3-Plex (Spike Protein, N-Protein, & RBD)

This multiplex assay, based on the leading SARS-CoV-2 (IgG) antibody test, was adapted and fit-for-purpose validated by the experts at Salimetrics for the detection of COVID-19 antibodies in saliva samples. This research use IgG detection assay recognizes antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid, Spike 1 and Spike 1 Receptor Binding Domain (RBD) in the same, low-volume sample. This testing service is not intended for diagnostic use.
